Samuel S. Epstein M.D.
International Leading Authority on the Causes andPrevention of Cancer
Samuel S. Epstein, M.D. is professor emeritus of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, and Chairman of the Cancer Prevention Coalition. He has published some 260 peer reviewed articles, and authored or co-authored 10 books including: the prize-winning 1978 The Politics of Cancer; the 1995 Safe Shopper's Bible; the 1998 Breast Cancer Prevention Program; the 1998 The Politics of Cancer, Revisited; the 2001 GOT (Genetically Engineered) MILK! The Monsanto rBGH/BST Milk Wars Handbook; and the 2001 Unreasonable Risk.
Dr. Epstein is an internationally recognized authority on avoidable causes of cancer, particularly unknowing exposures to industrial carcinogens in air, water, the workplace, and consumer products--food, cosmetics and toiletries, and household products including pesticides--besides carcinogenic prescription drugs.

Mark Donohoe M.D.
Dr Mark Donohoe is one of Australia’s best known medical practitioners in the areas of environmental medicine, chronic fatigue syndrome, chemical sensitivities and allergy, and is a strong proponent of the use of natural healthcare.
He graduated from Sydney University in 1980, and has twenty years of education and experience in identifying and managing allergies, intolerances and chemical sensitivities both in private medical practice and inpatient hospital settings.

Ross Walker MD
Dr Ross Walker is one of Australia's best-known cardiologists with a passion for people and health. He graduated fro the University of new South Wales with Honours in 1979 ans was awarded the FRACP in 1986. His special interests are advanced echocardiography and preventative cardiology, he has written a number of books concentrating on lifestyle issues and in particular diet, antioxidants and health.
Dr Walker lectures regularly throughtout the world to medical and business groups. Phillip Day is a health repoter, reseacher and international speaker, who has for the past 20 years been fascinated in the reseach concerning sickness,disease, health and longevity. Eve Hillary
Eve Hillary is a freelance medical writer and research analyst on issues pertaining to health care, environmental health and the ways in which globalisation erodes Democracy.
She specializes in documenting the human impact of the politics of multinational industry, including medical and biotech corporations. She covers issues such as emerging epidemics, gene pollution, chemical pollution, government regulators, third world exploitation and the role of the media. She is the author of Children of a Toxic Harvest: An Environmental Autobiography, Health Betrayal: Staying Away From The Sickness Industry, and various articles relating to environmental health issues. One of her talks has been videod (Healing the Toxic Domain) and is available from ProActive Health along with her books.

Peter Taubert
Peter is a reseacher, author and public speaker. After lecturing in Public Health and Safety Peter became alarmed at the effects of food colouring on his asthmatic daughter nearly thirty years ago, he now specialises in gathering and disseminating information regarding chemicals in consumer prodcuts.
He regularly speaks to audiences in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
Peter has written 3 books, available from ProActive Health, Your Health and Food Addtives, Silent Killers,(More Than You Paid For, and other chemicals found in Personal Care Products) and his latest book, Read the Label, Know the Risk.
